Winch handle purchase

I bought the TS-1600 winch handle on line. It said it was £36 but didn't show added tax until check out which was £9 This is more than 20% I then asked for next day delivery at £10 which I also thought was expensive. It eventually came 4 days later. I made a few calls to chase where it was and the phone wasn't answer on 3 calls so created some stress as had a deadline as to when I needed the handle by. Therefore £54 for this handle with a delayed delivery was disappointing. I buy other winch handles for £12!!

•,As you can see the cost of the handle was £36 (We agree they are not cheap but we do not set cost manufacture does on this product)
•,Shipping was offered on 1-2 days as we do not offer next day, our carrier collects ever day at 3pm and you placed your order after 4pm on the Friday, so this was processed on the Monday and shipped out for delivery on the Tue, we realise that we need to place in the shipping description that it needs to state working days only, I’m afraid we are not amazon and do not ship 24h a day.
•,The cost of the shipping is set at £10 for this product based on weight and the carrier services we only use must be signed for, trackability comes at a cost, this is due to us shipping worldwide weekly.
•,The question on the vat of £9 is incorrect, as shown above Vat is charged on the total amount VAT 20% on £46 = £9.20 which was clearly shown at check out.
