Parts missing

The winch works fine but the controller (hard wire type) was missing from the box. Presumably because I also ordered a remote controller so someone decided to remove the hard wire one from the box, thereby denying the opportunity to use either as suitable

Sorry to here this has happened. Nothing is removed from the boxes as they come in sealed from the manufacture, it looks like its been missed when packing at the factory. A replacement controller will be sent today, apologies for the delay as we did not know this had happened until we read the review.
